The Executive Director will be responsible for ensuring that ILGA is a forceful and effective advocate for LGBT rights. Candidates should be strongly committed to working for this cause, and have excellent competencies and experience in general management, including development of strategy, planning/execution of work programmes, and staff and financial management.
